Happy Monday! Welcome back to the studio after quite some time. Today I wanted to just get back into the studio and play with my supplies and finish (or in this case, completely redo) a previous journal page that was abandoned. In art there really aren't very many rules, or things that can make a piece unsavable. Especially, when you are working with mixed media. Don't like something add a new layer, or gesso over it and start again. So with today's journal page, that is exactly what I want to do. I have a journal page that I don't particularly like, and have abandoned quite some time ago to move on to something else, but I want to come back to it and see what I can create when I rip up my perfectionism ideas and just let go and create.
