Is it a sunrise or a sunset. Well that is up to you. As I was creating this I was keeping the thought of sunset in my mind; however, there are parts of the day, if we didn't know the actual time would we know if it was a sunset or a sunrise. I used darker colors on the outside as they to symbolize they were coming in, instead of going out. To me this is how i look at is this sunset or rise. I love sunsets the most. Mainly because I am more of a night time person as opposed to super early person. But art is subjective, and if you see a sunrise that's awesome too. I had a lot of fun creating this one, mainly because I thought it was not going to turn out. There were times in this painting that I thought "man i messed that up", or "ugh this is not turning out how I want". But I kept going, and pushed through, and problem solved what I wasn't liking. Then in the end, it all seemed to come together, and turned into something amazing to me.
